Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Usually 1-2 business days except at peak times, christmas etc.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders are made to order. These can take up to 2 weeks as new oils will often need to be bought.
We will keep you up to date with your order so you know when to realistically expect it.
Custom orders will take longer to ship but be assured they are worth the wait.
When you receive your order please check to ensure your products are perfect.

All shipping times are estimates.
I unfortunately cannot do anything about the times once your order is with the post office, if your order is not with you within a week of it being shipped please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will try to help.
